Terry’s about as trendy as an old man can be. But he sticks to his VB and herby seasonings.

A classic example of a herbaceous rub. A rub with a rich Italian influence with hints of the Sardinian coast. Includes a healthy dose of carefully selected pepper. Short marinate or rub on and start cooking.
